Little green men

The girls have been playing a game of field hockey in the pouring rain this morning. Now they're in their pj's, after a nice warm shower. We're staying in the rest of this autumnal day. Making it cosy with candle light and home baked apple pie (thanks, Soumya). Grandma gave us a big bowl of fresh acorns to make acorn dolls and here you see the result. I've written a small tutorial to make these dolls three years ago. You can find it here.

These are so cute!
We love playing with acorns as well. This is what what we did as my son's kindergarten autumn project last year http://www.diegiunburti.blogspot.com/2012/09/22septembris-mari.html
